Setting the standard for quality care

Squeezing creativity out of a highly corporate and regulated industry was a challenge but it was truly a pleasure working with such a purpose driven organization. Our Cella in-house team seamlessly integrated with FMC marketing to support 8 business units on initiatives from social media, to video, to an all out brand evolution. Together we grew our audience, educated & supported patients, named & launched products, and built corporate spaces, growing from a creative team of 7 to 32.

Cares Fund campaign

Employee Communications

In addition to the FMC Foundation, the company has a fund that’s just for helping fellow employees. For the holiday season, they wanted to promote the Cares Fund, and tell some of their heartwarming success stories. Provocative at first glance, the headline ‘Who Cares?’ is answered by actual employees who’ve donated.

We can do it

Clinic Support

COVID-19 hit the world hard but for nurses, it hit even harder. In a show of support, and to help our nurses power through, we built a small campaign around resilience and camaraderie.

Gifts of schwag helped our Care Teams rally around the patients and each other, and brought some joy in a time of overwhelming adversity.

Revitalizing corporate spaces

Partnering with architecture and technology firms we infused the new branding in the main lobby of the North American HQ. Welcoming visitors with a history nook, a custom sculpture, interactive touch screens and a digital video wall.

Digital & print support at scale

We rapidly and organically grew our support to hundreds of posts and comms per quarter across the entire portfolio of companies. Under the new branding, each business unit is allowed a touch of individuality while still laddering up visually to the master brand.

25th Anniversary (COVID) 5k

Employee Communications

How do you instill camaraderie during a pandemic and tie it into the new 25th Anniversary brand campaign ‘Together Ahead’? Run!

Using the JustMOVE app employees could form teams across international borders. They would run alone, the app cataloging total 5k times and total steps, so at the end of the month teams could compare scores and win prizes. That’s how you maintain social distance while moving Together Ahead.

Partnerships – Donate Life America

For National Kidney Month in 2022, we wanted to partner with Donate Life America to help increase the number of people in the Living Donor Registry.

Using research from Frenova (our genomics group) we planned to build and distribute DNA ‘Spit-Kits’ to raise awareness and better match donors with those in need. Unfortunately, COVID grabbed the world and the kit idea was shelved.
