Setting the standard for quality care
Squeezing creativity out of a highly corporate and regulated industry was a challenge but it was truly a pleasure working with such a purpose driven organization. Our Cella in-house team seamlessly integrated with FMC marketing to support 8 business units on initiatives from social media, to video, to an all out brand evolution. Together we grew our audience, educated & supported patients, named & launched products, and built corporate spaces, growing from a creative team of 7 to 32.
We Can Do It
Campaign – Clinic Support
COVID-19 hit the world hard but for nurses, it hit even harder. To help our nurses power through, we built a campaign around resilience and camaraderie. Care Teams rallied around patients and each other, bringing some joy in a time of overwhelming adversity.

Cares Fund
Campaign – Employee Communications
In addition to the FMC Foundation, the company has a charity for helping fellow employees. Provocative at first glance, the headline ‘Who Cares?’ is answered by actual heartwarming stories from employees.

Give a spit
Campaign – Donate Life America Partnership
For National Kidney Month in 2022, we wanted to partner with Donate Life America to help increase the number of people in the Living Donor Registry.
Using research from Frenova (our genomics group) we planned to build and distribute DNA ‘Spit-Kits’ to raise awareness and better match donors with those in need. Unfortunately, COVID grabbed the world and the kit idea was shelved.
